with a real estate agent who is showing you our properties and you have signed a buyer's agency with them, you must purchase our

Any home buyer who purchases a home directly from Equity Homes, Inc. will be required to first sign a buyers representation statement which states your interest in our homes or condos was developed through Equity Homes Inc.'s marketing efforts, that they have not signed a buyer's agency with a realtor, nor has any realtor spent considerable time showing or informing them about Equity Homes, Inc or our homes or condos.

also work closely with us and are very knowledgeable or our homes and developments. We also have discount appraisals and surveys
available to buyers.

| Steps To Purchase A New Home |

Secure a loan to purchase your home and determine your price range. Equity Homes, Inc. staff can assist you by putting you in touch with reputable/reliable lenders who can pre-qualify you quickly and easily. |

Visit our website www.equityhomesforsale.com, visit our many fully furnished model homes, visit our under-construction homes, visit our developments so you can select which home you have an interest in. |

Complete and sign a purchase agreement on your home or condo unit. Your signed purchase agreement should be promptly forwarded to your bank for processing. Equity Homes will contact your bank, the title company appraiser and assist you through the entire financing process. |

Our staff at Equity Homes, Inc. will work with you to complete your New Construction Worksheet which outlines your selection for cabinets, counter tops, flooring, paint colors, etc. |

When the house is completed, the buyer will do a final walk through and builder will address any items that need more attention. |

The closing on the house will be at Land Title Guaranty. Any construction cost overages or underages are handled at closing. You will also receive your written Homeowners' Warranty from Equity Homes, Inc as well as a homeowner manual which gives you tips on how to care for you new home. |
